Your notary: aware of your needs, protective of your rights and assets

Office history

Our notarial office was founded by Mtre Richard G. THÉRIAULT, Notary, in 1980, in Gatineau (formerly known as Hull).

We had satellite offices in the County of Pontiac, more precisely in Fort-Coulonge, from 1980 to 1984, and in Shawville, from 1994 to 2002; since November, 2002, we serve the district of Pontiac by attending our client's residence, on appointment.

Notary THÉRIAULT is the assignee and is in possession of the records and files of Harland Cameron ROWAT and Raymond Miles ROWAT, who practiced their notarial profession in the Village of Shawville, from 1926 to 1994; Notary THÉRIAULT is also in possession of the files handled by Mtre Yvan GIROUX, Notary, from 1994 to 1999, while attending our Shawville office, from 1994 to 1999.
